In just over three weeks, we will reach the 10th anniversary of when this bug
was reported. It is one of only a small number of outstanding HTML 4.01
compliance bugs and is the oldest of them.

I feel this milestone should be marked in some way. Perhaps a party and cake —
and those expanding paper whistles. I don't know what they're called, but I
love those things.
